The mission of Sewadham is to provide for the less priviledged in the society with effective services and developmental opportunities that augment their life experiences and enhance the quality of their lives.
When coupled with a challenging service experience initiated through the concept of SaravatmSewa Sankalp, these services and opportunities facilitate the volunteers' a total and holistic development to attain their lives goals as individuals prepared to function successfully as leaders within diverse, multicultural and international world.
Sewadham is committed to the development of a service-focused society distinguished by a shared purpose, collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and personal responsibility.
Sewadham also fosters leadership for a diverse community and foster a nurturing service focussed environment that encourages the volunteers and personal development of each individuals and of those who serve them.
Sewadham is committed to creatively utilise human resources and new technology to provide effective services and programs.
In partnership with the society and partners, Sewadham strives to develop life-long learners to give back to the society, helping people in distress and create the inspirationof service before self for all living beings.
This shall help to erradicate necessary social evils from the socety, thereby creating responsible global citizens and make this planet a more beautifu place to live in harmony.
We provide shelter, food, direct services, advocacy and information to people in need. We accomplish this through strong partnerships with volunteers and those we serve. We rely on the active involvement of caring individuals, congregations and other community organisations.
