ABOUT SOUL

This is a forum for those seeking the “inward-journey”. A journey that no other sojourn can offer. That which leaves the individual so traveled, in a state of utter composure, tranquil with the idea that man/woman is indeed invincible. Invincible only when he/she has made that contact with the inside of one’s own self. What is otherwise called in a world of concepts and beliefs, theories and ideas - “the soul”, the inner self that can only be felt and experienced. A communication so subtle that the individual experiencing such a contact would think it is the mind occupying the driving seat.

Is man a product of the mind and mind alone? Is knowledge inherent in the individual self or should knowledge be sought after in the external world? Is human development all that there is to life or is there something called human evolution? Is development and evolution one and the same?

If you have wondered and sought answers to all of the above in the external world, then you would have experienced what I have experienced - a dead end road.

If you are still in a state of doubt of whether or not the answers received from various external sources is authentic; that in itself proves the point that knowledge sought externally always leaves room for doubt. Doubt arises when the external is sought. Seek within and the without is solved.

How does one seek one’s own self? Does it require strenuous mental exercises or a certain attitude? Does one have to forego the senses and the indulgence of the senses to seek the inner self?

Absolutely not! All that one has to do is to not react as soon as a situation is presented to one. Pause for a while. The moment one pauses, one has made the initial contact with the soul. As simple as that. Now make that a practice and one is in constant communication with the soul. Then watch as the drama unfolds scene after scene.
